Before I started working with Eileen, I was stuck in a spot with a significant amount of psychological damage from a bad breakup. My friends and family have been telling me that during that relationship, I started apologizing for myself a lot and "shrinking" myself.

I don't even know exactly how I found Eileen, but it must have been cosmic intervention because I needed her. We had a phone consultation and she was able to connect with me in such a way I felt familiar and safe. I had previously tried a few therapists as I was running into my 6th month of crying every single day over this breakup and unable to figure out how to recalibrate. 

Anyway, I found conventional therapists didn't read me correctly, the advice felt elementary and I just wasn't on a resonant consciousness level, therefore nothing changed except my pocket book. I was hesitant to try working with another new person, I had been spending alot of money on massages and therapy and that was another stress I had going on at the time. After our phone call, however, I knew I wanted to try working with her. 

The initial reading honestly blew my mind. Eileen has a very appealing balance of life experience, intuitive woo and neuroscience. I felt like she could understand me and everything that came up was explored within the safest container. 

In the month we worked together, I was able to experience a huuuge shift in the grief around my ex. I reconnected with myself in a big way and also finally admitted to myself that I'm a social being and started to take action to change some of my lifestyle arrangements which keep me locked in patterns I no longer want. I feel like I found a part of my femininity that was deeply lost, my dream state has started kicking up and the biggest life-changing aspect which allows it all to happen is the "non-judgement". I know I was not being judged by Eileen, and she helped me to identify my own self-judgement. From there, things really started to unravel and come to light. The tools that came up and the support I received are all so precious and continue to work in my life. 

I am not living in the same reality I was before and I am so grateful.
